We like to get to know our Clients from the outset; not only your environment and people, but how you work, your company culture, beliefs and brand. To this end, we always aim to meet with Clients in person, to take a full brief from you, discuss the role and person specification fully, and to put in place the finer details of how you wish the assignment to be managed. This enables us to offer you a fully tailored programme, ensuring that your expectations are met and that the assignment is managed to your specification.
When a brief has been confirmed, we begin the sourcing process, utilising not only our candidate register but our extensive network of talent to be found in other areas. Once we have discussed the role at length with each individual, you are presented with a shortlist of candidates whose experience, skills, ability and performance will ensure that they will make a positive contribution to your organisation.
Once you are ready to commence interviews, we will handle every aspect of the process for you, liaising with you at all stages and minimising the impact on your business. We communicate fully with you and the selected candidates, both before and after interview, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

When all interviews are complete and you are ready to make an offer, we discuss this with you fully before sharing with your chosen candidate. The offer process is fully managed for you, and once your offer has been accepted, we will manage all communications until the candidate has successfully joined your organisation.
Your business, and the successful candidate, will receive regular contact from us to make sure that all is running smoothly and that they are settling in well.
